Tom is very passionate about his work in the fitness industry and pursuing the goal of health and fitness has always been in his life. From athletic achievements in middle distance running and basketball in his early teens, Tom turned this early focus to the gym becoming a Personal Trainer at the age of 18. He quickly advanced to one of the highest qualified U25 year old Personal Trainers in the UK acquiring various qualifications on the subjects of strength training and nutrition. Tom is also a fitness writer and has worked with the BBC Radio on exercise features.
The primary focus for Tom in his career is adapting exercise and nutrition programmes that are specific to clients by utilising the tools of BioSignature Modulation, a skin fold test highlighting hormonal imbalances. It is a comprehensive approach utilising cutting edge research in supplementation and nutrition to achieve fast body composition and performance improvements.
Tom is very enthusiastic about fitness and helping people to develop a healthier, more productive and ultimately higher performing lifestyle through his innovative yet simplistic approach. It is his coaching skills that enable Tom to adapt his knowledge to best suit the client and achieve their goals.
